Carrier Pigeon

Welcome to Carrier Pigeon (“the App,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Noah Iarrobino, the operator of the App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Carrier Pigeon. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement and are able to form a binding contract.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account).

3. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using Carrier Pigeon you agree not to post, send, or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violates our Community Guidelines. Content that sexually exploits or endangers a child is strictly prohibited and will be removed, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and referred to law enforcement.

We may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice. You can report content or users, and block users, from within the App.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the App (for example, delivering your messages to their recipient). You are responsible for the content you share and represent that you have the right to share it.

5. Prohibited conduct

Don’t break the law or use the App for illegal purposes.
Don’t harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other people.
Don’t upload malware, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App.
Don’t share others’ private information without consent.

6. Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases (such as pigeons) processed by the Apple App Store. Purchases are subject to the App Store’s terms. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
