You can delete your Carrier Pidge account and its data at any time. There are two ways — the first is immediate.
Your account and the data below are removed straight away. No waiting, and no need to contact anyone.
If you can’t sign in — a lost device, or a login you can no longer access — email a deletion request instead. Send it from the email address on the account if you can, and include your username so we can find it.

Messages you sent stay in your friends’ conversations. They belong to that conversation as much as to you, and deleting your account doesn’t erase the other person’s copy of a conversation they took part in — the same way deleting your email account doesn’t unsend mail you’ve already delivered.
Your name no longer appears on them. Everywhere you once showed up, you become “Deleted Pigeon”, with nothing linking those messages back to you.
If you want your messages removed from a specific conversation as well, say so in your deletion email and include the person’s username. We’ll take care of it manually.
